School Uniform

At Grendon school one of the ways we ensure equality for our children is by having a school uniform. We believe it helps to unify the children and shows our identity as a school.

Daily Uniform:
Items in bold (with logo) can be ordered through SchoolMoney
  Colour Additional Information
Trousers Grey or Black These should be trousers rather than leggings.
Skirts Grey or Black  
Dress Grey or Black  
Summer Dress Blue & White Check  
Polo Shirt White or Light Blue  
Shorts Grey or Black These should be similar to school trousers in terms of material, not cycling shorts or sports shorts.
Sweatshirt Royal Blue With or without the school logo.
Cardigan Royal Blue With or without the school logo.
Fleece Royal Blue

With or without the school logo.

A reversible version is also available

Shoes Black Trainers are acceptable as long as they are black with black soles and no colour flashes.
Hair Accessories

Royal Blue, Black, Grey,

White or Yellow

Any hair accessories should be kept to a minimum and be of a reasonable size.
Hijab Royal Blue, Black, Grey, White or Yellow Plain - no patterns or sequins.

Please ensure that ALL items of school uniform are named.

Children are allowed to wear stud earrings only. No other types of jewellery should be worn.

Watches may be worn as long as they do not interfere with teaching and learning, however smart watches should not be worn or brought to school. In this case staff will keep the watch safe and return to parents at the end of the day.

Hairstyles should be appropriate for school and the age of the child and should not be coloured. Long hair should be tied back.

Orders can be placed using the School Money system and we will contact you to arrange collection.

We regularly hold ‘Pop Up’ uniform shops, where items of uniform are available for a small donation or sometimes entirely free.
